ELROD: “She now has the freedom to go out to campaign for other candidates to be a very effective voice and surrogate in 2026 when we got to take back the House and at least hold our own in the Senate, and pick up some governor's races along the way. She's going to be able to go out there and really talk in a very deliberate manner without having to, again, have that transactional relationship with voters. I think it's very freeing. I think she's going to be one of the most in-demand surrogates in 2026. And like she said, she's not thinking about 2028 right now, because we've got a lot of work to do between now and the midterms.
