JACOBS: "I’m very concerned. I think that, you know, the worst thing that could happen is a regional escalation where more civilians than we are already seen are going to be at risk and in harm’s way. So, I hope and I urge that leaders on all sides are exercising restraint and, you know, we don’t get to know exactly what Iran’s counter strike will look like. There are some indications that it might only be focused on military targets and not civilians which, you know, I think would be good because the last thing we wants more want are civilians getting hurt."
