A judge is supposed to call balls and strikes and be fair and impa rt ial and the fact she is dinging the special prosecutor is a terrible look. It’s one thing if you get lawyers. I’m guilty of it. She is really showing her bias in this instance but this order that you are talking about. This ruling kind of reversing herself on the disclosure of the names of witnesses is because she knew the circuit would smack her down. She knew if she hadn’t reversed herself and allowed the information because it would be a threat to the safety and the lives of these witnesses she knew that the circuit would turn around and say what we call a bench slap that she would be bench slapped as she has had done to her before on a couple of prior occasions. So this is a win but you know what? Again it’s just — how slowly the case is going.
