BORELLI: "It is a problem that has been unsustainable for the last year and a half basically. It still continues to be unsustainable. We have surpassed $3 billion in this fiscal year. We are spending about $387 per day per migrant. We have not received really any significant reimbursement from the federal government or state budget. Just to get the audience a comparison, we are spending more on our migrant crisis than we are on the entire fire department and the parks department combined."
