Mark Penn: Majority of Americans Say Russia Investigations Hurting the Country

EXCERPT:

DOOCY: "You kind of gave us a heads-up on this poll coming out. And what you had indicated was that you found that two-thirds of the country say that the Russia investigation is actually hurting the country. Explain that." 
PENN: "Yeah. This was a very surprising finding, because so many people in the previous polls and even this poll say, hey, I want these investigations."
DOOCY: "Right." 
PENN: "Hey, I’m -- I'm even OK with a special counsel -- 75 percent. But now they look back and see how this is -- this is working out and 64 percent say it’s hurting the country. Why? Because Congress and the president aren’t focused on the issues that they really care about."
