PERSON: Janique Sanders

Janique Sanders previously served as Assistant Director of Leadership & Community Engagement at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. In May 2025, a video surfaced in which she implied that DEI—despite being officially banned under recent policy—was still being practiced covertly at the university. Following an internal review, UNC Charlotte confirmed that she is no longer employed by the institution.
