I am a criminal and social justice reform advocate who brings a 360-degree view of the conversation and deep understanding of the issues. By working as a defense attorney, trial lawyer, law professor, assistant state attorney, and Chief Legal Officer, I have experienced the problems in the system from all sides.

Having gained this perspective, I have a track record of developing programs that challenge prevailing attitudes and systems, building understanding and consensus across constituencies and driving change.

As a leader, I am committed to mentoring and creating an inclusive and productive work environment where professionals can learn and grow.

I most recently served as the Chief Legal Officer of REFORM Alliance, a non-profit organization focused on national probation and parole reform.
