RUSH TRANSCRIPT Castro So ░░░░░░░░ have these reports that ░░░░░░░░ some points more than ░░░░░░░░ 000 migrants coming into ░░░░░░░░ country at once why ░░░░░░░░ recent surge in migration ░░░░░░░░ do you think we ░░░░░░░░ seeing this right now ░░░░░░░░ That s a great ░░░░░░░░ and one that has ░░░░░░░░ I think the Biden ░░░░░░░░ Because I think early ░░░░░░░░ there was some sense ░░░░░░░░ when Trump left of ░░░░░░░░ that the United States ░░░░░░░░ be shifting policy But ░░░░░░░░ fact Biden kept a ░░░░░░░░ of policies in place ░░░░░░░░ first that were meant ░░░░░░░░ discourage this kind of ░░░░░░░░ yet now you are ░░░░░░░░ such a surge such ░░░░░░░░ tide obviously speaks to ░░░░░░░░ conditions at home where ░░░░░░░░ are fleeing It speaks ░░░░░░░░ the conditions of Latin ░░░░░░░░ right now But you ░░░░░░░░ there s a lot ░░░░░░░░ disincentives for them to ░░░░░░░░ right now Because obviously ░░░░░░░░ Governor Abbott is doing ░░░░░░░░ sending them off to ░░░░░░░░ across the country where ░░░░░░░░ may or may not ░░░░░░░░ anybody they re just ░░░░░░░░ sort of dumped off ░░░░░░░░ cities that are strangers ░░░░░░░░ them is obviously not ░░░░░░░░ they might have hoped ░░░░░░░░ had they planned the ░░░░░░░░ in different circumstances It ░░░░░░░░ a very very big ░░░░░░░░ particularly with the Biden ░░░░░░░░ which is trying to ░░░░░░░░ this tamped down trying ░░░░░░░░ keep this from becoming ░░░░░░░░ a big issue But ░░░░░░░░ it s a big ░░░░░░░░ not just for Republicans ░░░░░░░░ but for some of ░░░░░░░░ democratic mayors.”
