WARNER: “In terms of the strikes, the point I've made repeatedly, if these boats are full of drugs and narco traffickers, why not interdict them, show to the country, show to the world the drugs and the terrorists, the narco terrorists? Instead, we've got an administration that is, frankly, taking these actions, which may be illegal, and at the very same time pardoning the former Honduran president who's been convicted in American courts of being a massive drug dealer. What kind of message does that send to the rest of the world, as well as what kind of message does that send to Americans?”
