BHANDARI: "The district court is going to have a final hearing on her habeas petition, where the court‘s going to consider the ultimate question here, which is does the First Amendment prohibit the government from censoring the speech of non-citizens who are living here, studying here, working here, who have as much right as anyone to participate in the political debates of the day? And does the First Amendment prohibit the government from retaliating against people who express political opinions that you know, the government may not like, that may even be unpopular or disfavored? But regardless, our constitutionally protected and and we‘re hopeful that the district court will ultimately hold that.
