I supported it on the presidential debate stage, the first Democrat to support it. There are still issues with it, with dairy and the like that have to be negotiated. And that is a place that you negotiate these, not by just declaring yourself king and putting in 50 percent tariffs and then saying, 'Oh, I'm going to do 25 percent. Let's see what it's like.'”
