Scarborough: Pence Will Be Throwing Canned Corn and Spam to the People of Puerto Rico

BRZEZINSKI: "The Trump Administration gets a do-over of sorts on visiting Puerto Rico. Vice President Mike Pence will visit the island today." 
SCARBOROUGH: "The plan is on the schedule, he is going to be throwing canned corn into the crowd, spam." 
BRZEZINSKI: "Are they even going to the right areas, where people are dying in hospitals because they can’t leave the island? There are people dying. When you talk about 16 dead, you really aren’t talking about the full magnitude of this disaster that is happening in Puerto Rico."
