Tammy Bruce: Mitch McConnell and Paul Ryan Are ‘Quietly Obstructing’ Trump and His Agenda

BRUCE: "People have a that have been piling on are usual suspects. They have been piling on for 18 months. This is not a surprise. I think that when you are talking about whether or not this is going to help and what helps this Congress, the president needs a partner in Congress. That is not McConnell or Paul Ryan. Those are individuals who are quietly obstructing. He needs a Tip O’Neill."

DOOCY: "Neither — that’s going to be a major issue. Steve: Is he not going to get one." 
BRUCE: "At least we can try. We can at least get somebody who is not going to be aggressively obstructing and not trying to do their job. And right now McConnell and Ryan, if he leaves them in, there will be no tax reform by the end of the year, that’s my sense."
