NUNN: "Well, I don’t understand Trump position on Russia. I have no understanding and that’s what the investigation is all about, both in the executive branch, Justice Department, as well as the Congress. And those should proceed forward. But in the meantime, we have to protect our existential common interests and that’s what this message is all about. We can’t stop thinking about nuclear because we have other disagreements. We have a keen responsibility not only to our own citizens, but the Russians have a responsibility to their citizens and we both have a responsibility to the world because we possess, as I mentioned, 90 percent of the weapons and 90 percent of the materials."
