BASH: "He basically said the same thing that he told 100 senators here earlier this week, which is, we’re not going to engage in preemptive military strikes, we're not going to engage in regime change. We’re going to basically engage in coercive diplomacy to try to tighten the economic and diplomatic screws on the regime in Pyongyang. And, Andrea, that, in a sense, is a continuation of the Obama approach and to some degree the Bush approach. It's really not a radical departure."
